How do I access my training course?
Once you have enrolled on a distance learning course, Live Online course or e-learning course with us, you will get an email to confirm your purchase and a separate email containing your login credentials and key information about your course.
Please log in, via the link in the second email, with the username and temporary password that you have been provided with (you will be asked to change your password when you log in for the first time).
Do I need a webcam for a distance learning course?
You will need a webcam if the distance learning course includes an online exam.
To ensure the integrity of the exam process, you will be monitored using an automated remote proctoring system. Your results will be confirmed once the footage of your exam has been externally reviewed.
How do I arrange my online exam?
In order for us to arrange your online exam, you will need a working webcam on the electronic device that you will use to sit your exam. Please contact the Training Support Team for more information in relation to your specific requirements.
