When can I access my training course materials?
You will be able to access your training course materials via your ‘My Account’ page 20 days before attending your course and up to 5 days after attending.
How do I download my training course materials?
- Click on webshop in the top menu
- Log in to your account by clicking ‘Login’ in the top menu
- Once you have logged in, click ‘My Account’ and then ‘My Account’ again in the top menu and you will be taken to your ‘My Account’ page
- At the bottom of this page will be able to see your ‘Order History’ and your ‘Course Details’
- Under ‘Course Details’ you will be able to see the course that you are due to attend, and a link under ‘Download Course Material’
- Please click on this link to download your course material
When will I get my training course details if I’m attending a classroom course?
Once you have enrolled on a training course with us, you will get a sales receipt email to confirm your purchase and a separate booking confirmation email containing key information about your upcoming course. You receive another email 7 days prior to attending your course. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not recieve these emails.
How will I get my course details and training materials if I’m doing a self-paced course, a Live Online course or an e-learning course?
Once you have enrolled on a training course with us, you will get an email to confirm your purchase and a separate email containing your login credentials and key information about your course. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not recieve these emails.
Please log in, via the link from the second email, with the username and temporary password that you have been provided with (you will be asked to change your password when you log in for the first time).
