What are my payment options?
All products can be purchased by credit card, through our North American payment provider's secure servers. We accept Amex, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal (just select the Checkout with PayPal option as your payment option when completing your purchase).
If you prefer not to place an order through the Internet, please email or telephone us (1 877 317 3454 or on 1 307 248 4435) and we can take your credit card details by telephone, email, or fax 1 307 554 7202.
Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs)?
We also happily accept purchases by purchase order (PO) from federal and state government entities, and from corporations listed on a recognized North American stock exchange. Please email your PO to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of the rest.
We are happy to consider credit accounts for all other organizations, but we will need to know something about you. Please download the credit application form, complete it, and email it back to us. We usually expect to make decisions on new credit accounts within 24 hours of receiving a correctly completed application form.

Non-credit card options
You can pay by PayPal – simply choose the Checkout with PayPal option when you reach the payment options screen.

It is essential that you include your telephone number, email address, and your own name on your order so that we can contact you to finalize payment arrangements, which can be by direct wire transfer to our bank account.
Once your payment has cleared our bank, we immediately dispatch the goods to you, or email you the download release code for your order, as the case may be.
Federal tax ID
Please note that IT Governance Ltd is a UK-based entity and is therefore an alien corporation for the purposes of US federal tax and we are properly registered with the IRS as an alien entity. Our US Fed Tax ID# is 98-0648107. We can provide a faxed/emailed copy of a W-8BEN form if you need it, and we can (and regularly do) accept purchase orders from US government entities and corporations listed on recognized North American stock exchanges. If you need them, we can give you details of our NCAGE and DUNS reference numbers.

State and other sales taxes
As this website is not based in North America, purchases are also not subject to federal or state taxes and, therefore, no sales taxes will appear on your sales receipts.

E-books and toolkits purchased by credit card are available for download as soon as you've cleared checkout – unless we feel we need to seek evidence of cardholder authorization for the purchase, in which case goods will be released as soon as we have received written authorization from the named cardholder.
Policies and procedures on CD-ROM, and analog books and other products, will be dispatched (usually from our North American warehouse) within 24 hours of payment being cleared, using standard postage. Third-party products that we have in stock will be also be dispatched within 24 hours. Occasionally, when we run out of stock, we will dispatch as soon as products are received from our suppliers, and we will notify you of the expected delivery date.
Products purchased at special pre-release prices: Download release details will be delivered to you directly by email (for downloadable products). All other products will be dispatched by standard mail on the published release date.
Delivery charges are calculated at the end of the checkout process and are added to your total transaction amount.
Products purchased other than by credit card will be available for download or will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared our bank, or in line with any other agreement we make with you.
Risk in delivery
Deliveries using normal mail services to a small number of countries are at high risk of non-arrival. If you would like our products to be delivered to South Africa, we recommend using our express courier service. If you choose to use standard delivery, the risk will pass to you immediately upon dispatch: In other words, if it goes astray, we will charge in full for replacements.
