The 120-minute exam comprises 50 multiple-choice questions, including a case study. The pass mark is 70%. The exam can be taken online with a web proctor (with PEOPLECERT).

Are there any prerequisites for this course?

Yes, the following apply:

  • Those wishing to study the Service Operation course should already hold the ITIL Foundation certificate.
  • Students must have completed 17 ITIL credits (2 from Foundation and 15 from Intermediate level study) and have completed the Managing Across the Lifecycle course before requesting their exam voucher.
