This support contract is applicable for a specific scope and size of organisation. Changes to staff numbers may increase the number of certification body audit days. IT Governance USA reserves the right to raise an additional invoice based on changes to staff numbers.
We guarantee that your BCMS will pass certification if you follow our advice, including reacting positively to findings from the audits we perform during the implementation process.
Our price is based on the assumption that your certification body only wants evidence of a functioning internal audit process (as is usually the case). However, if you choose to use a certification body that requires a full internal audit before certification, this may incur additional costs.
