The seven-question “The Effect of Regulations in Business” survey aims to find out organizations’ level of awareness about regulations such as the:
- EU’s GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- NYDFS (New York Department of Financial Services) Cybersecurity Regulation
- HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
- CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
Organizations will be asked about how they would handle a data breach and their corporate approach to data breaches.
