Shipping

We do, unfortunately, have to charge for shipping products to you (although this obviously doesn’t apply to downloadable products). We charge shipping at cost. The amount of shipping we charge is dependent on the weight of the item(s) and where in the world we’re shipping to.

Shipping is automatically worked out on a per-order basis during the online check-out process.

If you require a shipping quote for an order (when creating a Purchase Order for example) – please get in touch and we will calculate it for you.

We offer two types of shipping:

• Standard USPS Priority Mail – between one and two days within the contiguous USA to receive your item(s); as fast as standard airmail allows to everywhere outside the USA.
• Express next business day in the USA, and approximately 2 - 4 days outside the USA, depending on destination.

Notes:

• The cut-off time for orders for next day delivery is 2.00pm (EST); orders placed after 2.00pm (EST) will be despatched the following business day, for example an order placed at 4pm on a Wednesday will be dispatched on the Thursday and will (usually) arrive on the Monday.
• We cannot send express deliveries to PO boxes, as we have to get signatures for them.
• Delivery times on international orders will vary – you can look up delivery time for you country here.
