Explanation of Concurrent Multiuser Licenses:

A concurrent multiuser license enables a number of people to simultaneously access the full range of ITIL material in its full online format. Multiuser access to the material is by IP authentication, password and username, or referral link (read more about multiuser access) and this means that any person accessing the material using these methods will be able to do so – up to the maximum number of simultaneous users permitted by your license. As all users of ITIL material within an organization do not necessarily need to access it simultaneously, a multiuser license can be a very cost-effective option. A license covering one concurrent user, for example, may support between 10 and 15 users inside your organization, depending on the frequency and timing of each user’s access of the material.

Please note, if you purchase your multiuser license prior to the end of August 2011 your initial access will be to the 2007 content. You will be automatically migrated to the 2011 content at the end of the month.
