Buy a multiuser online license to the ITIL® 2011 Lifecycle Publication Suite today!
The ITIL on-line subscriptions are a ‘must-have’ for any team applying ITIL or those in the IT service management sector. A single multi-user license provides teams of up to 15 people access to the latest ITIL 2011 content in its full online format.
This works out at just $213 per individual, which is a massive saving of $4,675 if you bought 15 individual lifecycle suites.
As the five core titles reflect the lifecycle of services, their appeal encompasses the entire spectrum of people involved at any stage of the framework. So, without being the prime audience, everyone involved will benefit from access to the entire library.
What's Changed with the Update?
The update is all about improving consistency, accessibility and usability of the core publications. The new books have improved coverage and descriptions of roles and responsibilities, improved process descriptions and are fully aligned with MSP®, M_o_R®, PRINCE2® and P3O®.
Definitions have also been standardized between the books and have been aligned with the glossary, being updated where necessary. Inconsistencies in content and structure have been removed. In Service Strategy particularly, explanations will be made more straightforward and accessible.
Purchasing a concurrent multiuser license to the ITIL 2011 Lifecycle Publication Suite provides access to the following online titles for a fixed period of time:
Explanation of Concurrent Multiuser Licenses:
A concurrent multiuser license enables a number of people to simultaneously access the full range of ITIL material in its full online format. Multiuser access to the material is by IP authentication, password and username, or referral link (read more about multiuser access) and this means that any person accessing the material using these methods will be able to do so – up to the maximum number of simultaneous users permitted by your license. As all users of ITIL material within an organization do not necessarily need to access it simultaneously, a multiuser licence can be a very cost-effective option.
A license covering one concurrent user, for example, may support between 10 and 15 users inside your organization, depending on the frequency and timing of each user’s access of the material.
We can (and often do) supply multiuser licenses for larger organizations that may need hundreds of staff to access the material – please contact us for a price and any specific information you may need in considering this purchase.
