What are my payment options?

Online?

All products can be purchased by credit card, through our North American payment provider's secure servers. We accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. We also accept payment by Paypal (just select the Checkout with PayPal option as your payment option when completing your purchase).

Offline?

If you prefer not to place an order across the Internet, please email or telephone us ( 1 877 317 3454, as above) and we can take your credit card details by telephone, fax or email, as you prefer.

Do you accept Purchase Orders (a PO)?

Yes, of course we do.

If you are a Federal or State Government entity, or a corporation listed on a recognised North American stock exchange, we can immediately accept a PO from you. 

All you have to do is fax (+44 1353 662667) or email (servicecenter@itgovernanceusa.com) your purchase order (PO) to us detailing all the items you wish to order and we'll take care of the rest.

Purchase orders must please set out clearly, in addition to details of the products that you wish to purchase, the name and contact details of the person responsible for payment.

We are happy to consider credit accounts for all other organizations, but we will need to know something about you. Please download the credit application form, complete it and fax it back to us on + 44 1353 662667. We usually expect to make decisions on new credit accounts within 24 hours of receiving a correctly completed application form.
