You can, if you need to, pay by bankers draft or bank wire transfer. These options are slower and involve more paper, but we recognise that the credit card route is not possible for a number of our clients. This is how it works: you itemise exactly which items you want to purchase from us on one of your letterheads or, better still, a purchase order, and then you fax it to us. It is essential that you include your telephone number, e-mail address and your own name on your order, so that we can contact you to finalise payment arrangements, which can be by direct wire transfer to our bank account.
Our fax number is in the UK and is: + 44 1353 662667. Once your payment has cleared our bank, we immediately despatch the goods to you, or e-mail you the download release code for what you have ordered, as the case may be.
Please email or telephone us to place your order and we will despatch the goods as soon as we have received your faxed purchase order.

Unfortunately, we have to manually create PDF download links for all OGC publications ordered in PDF format and we can therefore only despatch them during UK office hours - 9am to 5pm GMT/BST, Monday to Friday. There are a number of specific restrictions on the PDF versions of books published by the OGC, and these restrictions are enforced by a Digital Rights Management Technology.
Here are the full HELP instructions for installing, activating and using Adobe Digital Editions for reading OGC pdfs or other eBooks in this format.
Subscriptions for OGC products are annual, and are designed for individual identified users. You can purchase an annual licence online for one or more users, whose access to the OGC material will be controlled by user name and password.
OGC publications are also available for multi-user online access and users are enabled to access the central OGC website for central access to the Complete ITIL Publication Suite. The online subscription replace the old ITIL CD-Roms and provides better viewing and access to the material and is, in most aspects, a preferable electronic medium for the ITIL material. Access is managed centrally and any number of users can be provided with access details; once the purchased number of access licences is simultaneously active on the OGC site, further access will be prevented until one user logs out, thereby allowing another to log on. As a general guide, one concurrent user licence will support 10 core users of the material or 15 whose use is less frequent or spread geographically or temporally. Multi-user access can be set up for any number of users, with access controlled through IP authentication, which enables all those users behind a specified IP address (or addresses) such as a firewall, to access the material;
We supply a range of products in eBook formats. Unfortunately, different book publishers have chosed different formats for their eBooks and this means that we usually have to arrange for download instructions to be sent by email, and the eBook user instructions may be vary.
